Riff Raff- Cookson 50

The Cookson 50 belongs to the generation of high-performance boats sporting canting keels and blistering speed potential. Designed by Mick Cookson, who worked with Farr Yacht Design to develop the concept.

Built in carbon with a canting keel which makes her sublimely fast, strong and easy to sail; the perfect IRC-ORC offshore racer.

Carbon fibre and PVC foam core sandwich composite with varying density foam utilised throughout the hull and deck. The Cookson 50 hull and deck are built in female moulds, assuring a fair hull surface with minimal fairing a good weight savings. Bulkheads, structural frames and longitudinal are constructed from Carbon/E-glass laminates with closed cell foam core. Reinforced in high load areas with carbon laminates.
