Davidson 59 – Aftershock

Aftershock is a Davidson 59, designed by renowned New Zealand America's Cup designer Laurie Davidson, and refined over a decade of competitive racing in Australia and Asia. The result is a boat that is fast, fun, and straightforward to handle.
Aftershock began her life racing on Pittwater against her sister ship Another Duchess, in what her co-owner Stephen McConaghy describes as some of the most competitive sailing in Australia. Following modifications to the keel and the addition of a square-top mainsail, she crossed to Asia in pursuit of warmer winds, longer seasons, and the flat-water conditions the Davidson 59 excels in.
Today she is based in Phuket, sailing a calendar of regattas including the Raja Muda and King's Cup.
