LV Yachting, formerly known as Performance Yacht Charter, has over 10 years experience in delivering racing yacht charters. When chartering with us, we want you to enjoy the whole experience; from the first time you contact us, to when you return home with fantastic memories from your sailing adventure. We have a range of options from Grand Prix racing yachts to racer cruisers, dependent upon your requirements and experience.

As a a small independent yacht charter company, we can tailor the charter to your personal requirements, finding the best yacht to suit your needs.  We can take care of all the logistics, so that you can just rock up and race.

Our yachts are available for whole boat charter with an owner’s representative to ensure you get the most from your yacht. We also offer individual berths for some events, so you may join a crew with a skipper and a first mate to enjoy the racing experience.

I wanted to let you know what a great time we had on ‘Southern Child’ on RTI 2014. The wind was rubbish, at one point we were sailing in 1kn of breeze and doing 2kn of boat speed thanks to the tide down the backside of the Island.

However, Chris and Gareth looked after my guests brilliantly and the whole day passed in an instructive and amusing fashion. We all had a ball, rather red (lobster-ish), and dying for a pint by the end but thoroughly enjoying the day overall.

We could not recommend the yacht more highly and will be chartering again. We managed to get round in a little bit over 11 hours, with good pressure after Bembridge.
Thank you again for allowing us to use the yacht. It is a great event for all comers, both who have sailed a lot and the complete beginner. Thank you too to Chris and Gareth who made the day for my guests.
