Southern Wind 82 – Ammonite

Ammonite is a sleek and elegant Southern Wind SW82, delivered in 2016 and designed for those who value both thrilling sailing performance and refined comfort. Ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends, she combines sporty spirit with five-star service from her experienced crew of three. Her raised saloon layout offers panoramic views and a light-filled, open-plan interior—perfect for relaxing during shoulder seasons. With a stylish Italian design that features natural textures and warm tones, Ammonite’s spacious saloon includes two convertible coffee tables—one that transforms into a dining table, and the other into a hidden Scrabble board. Guest accommodation includes three beautifully appointed en-suite cabins: a forward master with queen bed, a double VIP cabin with a folding berth, and a twin cabin with single beds.
On deck, Ammonite strikes the perfect balance between comfort and excitement. Her central cockpit offers ample space for al fresco dining and sunbathing, while the aft cockpit is a dedicated crew zone, ensuring privacy for guests. Designed with a smart separation of crew and guest areas, she keeps everyone close to the water while maintaining the comfort of a much larger yacht. Her lifting keel allows access to shallow bays and hidden anchorages, making the journey every bit as memorable as the destination. Whether you’re slicing through the waves or relaxing under sail, Ammonite promises an unforgettable charter experience.
