JPK 1030 “MARY”
FOR SALE €225,000 incl. EU VAT
Proven Short-Handed Offshore Performer
Launched in 2019, Mary is a highly refined JPK 1030 with a strong and consistent IRC championship record, developed specifically for short-handed offshore racing and maintained to a professional standard throughout.
Her results underline the pedigree: 5th in 2021, 2nd in 2022, 6th in 2023, and 4th in 2024, confirming both pace and reliability across multiple seasons. Fully prepared for the 2025 season, she is race-ready and available immediately from La Trinité-sur-Mer.
Built for Competitive Short-Handed Racing
At 10.34m LOA, 3.24m beam, and 1.98m draft, Mary delivers the balanced, efficient performance for which the JPK 1030 is widely respected offshore.
A twin 300-litre water ballast system, operated directly from the cockpit, enhances offshore stability and righting moment, while the deck layout is optimised for reduced crew handling with a German mainsheet system, twin Harken winches, and Paratrim rudder incidence adjustment.
With current IRC certification and 2025 weighing complete, she is fully prepared for immediate campaign use.
Carbon Rig & Complete North Sails Inventory
Mary is fitted with a carbon Axxon mast and boom, rod standing rigging, and a versatile sail-handling setup allowing both symmetric and asymmetric spinnaker configurations.
Her North Sails inventory has been continuously updated between 2020 and 2024, including a new Technora mainsail (2024) and new A2 spinnaker (2024), supported by 3Di headsails, furling staysail, Code 0, and full offshore safety sails including storm inventory.
This is a current and highly competitive wardrobe, ready to support a serious offshore programme without immediate reinvestment.
Advanced Offshore Systems
Navigation and performance systems are centred around a full NKE package, including cockpit and mast displays, Carbowind, regatta compass, and dual pilot systems.
The NKE Gyro 2 pilot computer, paired with both NKE and Raymarine pilots, delivers dependable offshore autopilot performance — essential for short-handed racing. Additional equipment includes AIS transceiver, Iridium GO, Wi-Fi interface, GPS, and an integrated navigation display below deck.
Proven, Maintained & Ready
Power comes from a Volvo D1-20F 20hp diesel engine with only 605 hours, serviced annually and fitted with a Gori Racing propeller.
Two 130Ah lithium service batteries support onboard systems, while safety equipment includes OSR Category 2 compliance, a serviced 4-person liferaft, and full offshore safety inventory.
Freshly coated with Nautix T4 Speed antifouling, Mary is offered as a complete, proven offshore package — professionally maintained, highly optimised, and ready to line up on the start line immediately.
A Rare Turnkey Opportunity
Few JPK 1030s come to market with this level of preparation, race history, and current specification. Mary offers immediate access to one of the most competitive short-handed offshore platforms available today.
