Based in the Mediterranean the Tre Golfi (previously Rolex Capri) Sailing Week will see Sorrento and its stunning coastline host the traditional regattas of international sailing to the Gulf of Naples. The event commences with the ORC Mediterranean Championship held in Sorrento for 3 days of coastal and windward-leeward racing in the waters between Capri and Sorrento. Six days later the Regata dei Tre Golfi will set off on its classic route, leaving the islands of Procida, Ventotene and Ponza to port before returning to round the Li Galli rocks off Positano, and cross the finish line off Capri. The course covers around 150 miles in the three gulfs of Naples, Gaeta and Salerno.
