What to expect

Please be aware that this event includes the JOG race both to Poole and the return race back to Cowes, Isle of Wight. Clients are fully involved crew members in all aspects of sailing both above and below decks during this event.

Crew information

Richard is one of the most experienced charter captains you’ll have the pleasure of meeting, having sailed throughout his life around the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. Richard, who has crossed the Atlantic 20 times, owned several yachts before Emily of Cowes including the beautiful schooner, Coral of Cowes and the legendary ketch Emily Morgan.

Prerequisite experience

No previous race experience is required.

Where

This tactical coastal race takes JOG competitors out of the Solent to Poole, Dorset.

Accommodation

Berths are available whilst racing.
