What to expect

The St Maarten Heineken Regatta has been a Caribbean sailing icon for over 40 years, blending intense racing with an atmosphere of “serious fun,” as it’s famously known. This four-day regatta brings together some of the world’s best sailors from over 35 counties and promises crystal clear turquoise waters and the steady, cooling trade winds of the Northeast Caribbean making this regatta a sailor’s paradise.

Prerequisite experience

This opportunity is open to sailors with a range of sailing experience. The professional skipper has experience in bringing together a crew of mixed experience to make sure everyone is actively involved in racing the yacht.

Where

The Heineken Regatta takes place in Sint Maarten which is the smallest inhabited island in the world divided between two nations, the French and the Dutch and this lends the island a unique air. Fantastic sailing conditions, a dedicated race village, great marinas and anchorages and vibrant shore life top off the picture.
