Sail aboard a proven Volvo Ocean 65 with an experienced offshore crew and fully participate in the 4-hour watch system during this 12–18 day adventure.
As a crew member, you’ll join a tight-knit team of a total of 14 sailors from diverse backgrounds, all united by a shared goal: racing across the Atlantic on a high-performance VO65. This is a hands-on role – every sailor takes part in 4-hour watch rotations, including helming, trimming, sail changes, navigation, galley duty, and more. Whether you’re building miles, pushing limits, or chasing a dream, you’ll be fully immersed in the offshore racing lifestyle – supported by 4 professionals who value teamwork, safety, and adventure.
