Corsica

Corsica is a must visit destination offering an unforgettable sailing experience, with its stunning landscapes, rich history, and vibrant culture awaiting exploration. With its Mediterranean climate, the summers are hot and dry. The best time for sailing is typically from May to September when temperatures are warm, and winds are generally favourable.

Here are a few of our top recommended spots in Corsica:

Calvi

Known as a holiday destination for royalty, Calvi offers stunning sandy beaches which offer wonderful spots for swimming, watersports and diving. The Genoese citadel overlooks the marina, with its cobblestoned streets and baroque cathedral, and is the perfect place for an afternoon stroll, whilst soaking up the atmosphere.

Girolata

No roads lead to the tiny hamlet of Girolata making reaching it by boat the perfect option! The entire bay is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the spectacular red cliff faces and turquoise waters are not to be missed.

Porto Vecchio

Luxury shops and fantastic restaurants are not the only reason to visit Porto Vecchio. You will also be spoilt for choice with a choice of stunning beaches, discover the beautiful white Palombaggia beach with crystal clear waters and shaded by pine trees.

Bonifacio

On stunning white, limestone cliffs at the south end of Corsica lies the spectacular harbour town of Bonifacio. Steeped in history, there are plenty of sights to explore along the cobblestone streets of the old town, along with its fabulous viewpoints along the ramparts. On a clear day, from the Esplanade St Francois, you can see right across the bay to Sardinia.
